Frequently asked questions
What is a portable electric bidet?
A portable electric bidet is a compact, battery-powered sprayer that delivers a controlled stream of water for personal cleansing. Unlike a fixed bidet seat, it needs no installation — you fill a water bag or bottle, press a button, and get a refreshing rinse anywhere, from the bathroom to the backcountry.
How long does the V2 battery last?
The V2’s 1600 mAh rechargeable battery provides approximately 60–100 minutes of total operating time per charge, depending on the spray mode and pressure used. That is weeks of typical daily use between charges, and it recharges in about 2–3 hours over USB-C.
Can I take the V2 through airport security?
Yes — travel with the unit and water bag empty. Airport rules on batteries and liquids vary by carrier, so check with your airline before flying. The compact design fits easily in a carry-on or toiletry kit once emptied and dried.
How do I clean the PortableBidet V2?
After each use, empty the water bag and hose, rinse them with clean water, and let everything air-dry completely before storing. Wipe the sprayer with a damp cloth. Regular rinsing and thorough drying keep the unit fresh and ready for your next trip.
Does it work with regular bottles?
Yes. The V2 works with the included 2L foldable water bag, most standard bottles, and larger containers using the included 3.0 cm bottle-neck adapter. Use clean, cold, room-temperature, or comfortably warm water only.
