Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Portable Bidet. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Due to hygiene reasons...
We can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept a product back once it has been opened or used.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- Your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- It has been 10 days or less since delivery
- You have your order number or proof of purchase
How to Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number
- We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the product securely in its original box
- Drop it off at your nearest return center or post office
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please Note
- We do not offer returns on used products
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Return labels are only valid within Canada and the U.S.
