We can only accept returns on unopened and sealed products. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept a product back once it has been opened or used.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
Your product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Drop it off at your nearest return center or post office
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please Note
We do not offer returns on used products
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Return labels are only valid within Canada and the U.S.
